Felt Cute Might
Metamorphose Later

Felt Cute Might Metamorphose Later is a visual and sonic exploration of entering a magical realm and consorting with sylvan creatures. Always inspired by the natural world, this visualizer delves into experimental and playful 3D design forms. It invites viewers into a strange, enchanting world of unseen, insect-like creatures and their habitats.
Playfully perched between charming and unsettling, these otherworldly figures blur the boundary between what we traditionally deem ugly and cute, challenging our instinctive reactions and visual biases. The visualizer encourages a reconsideration of the aesthetic qualities of all living things, suggesting that even the most unexpected shapes can possess their own unique allure once we learn to see them differently.

The project was led by Ellen Gabriel Ndure as her BA Project , with support from Adrian Romero in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, and rendering.
